Senior Software Engineer
The ideal candidate enjoys working with latest .NET technologies and thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This individual will be a part of the GUI Core Development team and will be responsible for developing and sustaining high performance, multi-tiered, scalable, Graphical User Interfaces. The successful candidate will enhance existing applications and offer suggestions to improve the architecture and better ways of building and maintaining applications.

Experience Requirements
• Plan, design and develop high quality .NET desktop applications with ML.Net and graphical datasets.
• Implement solutions using latest features of C# and WPF
• Propose and deliver scalability and performance improvements to our GUIs
• Work with developers and traders to receive feedback and articulate ideas for improvements
• 4+ years experience with WinForms/WPF
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting GUIs for market data display, trading, risk management, and monitoring applications.

Other Technical Requirements
• Windows/Linux, Multithreading, .Net 4.x
• Working knowledge of sockets programming including TCP and UDP
• Working knowledge of object oriented programming, SOLID design principles, and design patterns
• Good to have deep knowledge of garbage collection, latency measurement and latency optimization
• Good to have experience with DevExpress, Windows APIs, SQL, Thread pools, messaging systems
• Stay abreast of advances in technology
• Major in an engineering or technical field
ML Data Linguist

We are seeking a Data Linguist to join Our Bila Services Platform. This role focuses on speech and language data, primarily in the areas of phonemic transcription, voice quality assurance, and general language expansion deliverables.
Driven by your passion for data, you show proactive behavior in solving issues with efficiency and accuracy. Your organizational skills help you prioritize your projects in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to concentrate and your high attention to detail help you deliver high-quality work.
In this role, you’re comfortable with, and understand, the changes to the conventions deployed in response to internal customers’ requests. You demonstrate the ability to adjust your workflows accordingly, and you prioritize strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
​Responsibilities
Understanding job or client specifications and completing all language translations, interpretations, analyses, and research accordingly.
Identifying and making sense of language patterns.
Completing accurate transcriptions of audio recordings and tabulating data.
Analyzing documents and texts and translating complex information into simple language.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in linguistics, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in two or more languages.
Practical experience with translation and transcription software, as well as MS Office.
Superb language fluency.
Excellent organization, communication, and active listening skills.
A passion for language and lifelong learning.
Software Engineer I
We are looking for a Entry Level Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to help us create artificial intelligence products.
Machine Learning Engineer responsibilities include creating machine learning models, evaluating existing ML processes, performing statistical analysis to resolve data set problems, and enhancing the accuracy of our AI software's predictive automation capabilities.

To do this job successfully, you need strong skills in statistics and programming. If you also have knowledge of data science and software engineering, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to shape and build efficient self-learning applications.

Job Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
35% - Design, develop, debug, and deploy new software applications.
25% - Create systems to provide and retrieve data using technologies including application programming interfaces (APIs).
25% - Maintain software and databases as well as associated documentation
15% - Execute necessary troubleshooting to ensure functionality. Collaborate with other members of the Bila Platform Project team. Other tasks and assignments as identified by the Bila Platform Project’s Data and Analysis team
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience working with electronic data capture.
Experience using git-based version control
Experience working with application programming interfaces (APIs)
Excellent spoken and written communication and documentation skills
Experience managing database servers
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience managing development of long-term scientific research studies
Preferably with ML.Net
